Rhydian delivers courses around Negotiating Skills, Selling Professional Services, Client Management, Pitching, Winning & Developing New Business, Networking and Influencing & Persuading. His principal clients are City, legal and property firms.

He makes extensive use of The Learning Stage’s special expertise in role play within his courses.  He believes that theory has to be realised in practice within his programmes.  Interactive theatre provides that opportunity, making his courses both accessible and highly pragmatic.  

Career background

Prior to 1983, Rhydian worked for Willis Faber in the Lloyds of London market as a North American reinsurance broker, handling many of the large American personal accident and property accounts.

From 1983 he spent 22 years with a firm of international management consultants as a principal consultant and partner.  Now an independent, here are some recent examples of projects which he has designed and delivered:

  • Senior level negotiating workshops for a major commercial and residential property firm.
  • A comprehensive negotiating programme for a major computer company.
  • A sales strategy programme to cater for the rapidly changing environment.
  • A sales and business development programme for a City firm of Stockbrokers/Fund Managers.
  • A Client Management programme addressing internal procedures for a pharmaceutical company.
